At Eldercare Home Care Group, we go to great lengths to find the perfect aide for each client. All of our aides are actual Eldercare employees who receive W2’s, this saves the families from tax burden.  All aides are fully screened ~ criminal background checks are performed on each aide. 
We are a fully bonded and insured company.  At Eldercare we have a very low turnover rate ~ some our aides have been with us since the beginning of Eldercare in 1989. This gives our clients the peace of mind that they are getting quality care! 

Prior to the first visit, each client receives information on the aide tending to their care and the credentials of that particular aide. 

Giving the utmost respect, All clients are addressed as Mr. or Mrs. unless they specify otherwise…. and our aides will be professionally dressed in medical scrubs unless otherwise stated by the client.
